Our Story

Greenwood is a real estate investment firm focused in the Tampa Bay area. Founded by two Tampa natives, Jordan Duval and Eric Dungy, Greenwood invests in its Founders' hometown in an effort to grow the community they cherish most. After a few years of investing, Eric and Jordan sought to take Greenwood to the next level and penetrate the luxury, new construction market. They have now teamed up with Tampa's preeminent, award-winning builder, Garrett Gilkey, Founder of Gilk.
